One of our latest projects was a complete villa refurbishment in Pedregalejo, Málaga — a three-level property with 6 en-suite bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, and 2 kitchens, including spacious terraces and outdoor living areas.
The job began with a specific request: tiling and flooring (solado y alicatado) for kitchens, bathrooms, laundry and terraces. Once on site, and after a month of work and strong communication, the main contractor requested additional support across other areas.
🧱 Scope of Work Expanded On-Site
We took on all complementary work with our own teams and coordinated logistics, including:
- Exterior terrace flooring with cement base
- Custom-built planters and garden structures
- New dividing walls and rendered finishes
- Interior and exterior painting for all surfaces
- Fabrication and installation of a custom metal staircase connecting the villa to the adjacent property
- Final detailing, corrections and touch-ups before delivery
🔧 Construction Management Support
At the request of the main contractor, we also contributed to on-site coordination, including:
- Team integration and workflow planning
- Progress meetings and deadline tracking
- Safety supervision and quality control
- On-site redesign suggestions and layout optimizations
We worked as part of the general contractor’s team, under a white-label collaboration model, ensuring smooth execution and full client satisfaction — always respecting timeframes, style guidelines and quality expectations.
